Eye Coloring

Step One: Open the picture you would like to change the eye color of.
Step Two: Zoom in to see the eye better, I chose 400% to get a close view.
Step Three: Now select either the Lasso or Polygon Tool and trace around one of the eyes completely.
Step Four: Click on the Hue Variation() button in the menu bar and a window will pop up. Choose the color you would like to set the eye to and hit Ok.
Step Five: Repeat steps 3 & 4 on the second eye.

You don't have to use this only for eyes, you can color anything using this tutorial.
