Rounded Edges

Step One: Open up the image you want to add the rounded edges to.
Step Two: Click on the Rectangle Tool () and drag it from one corner of the image diagonaly to the other corner to have the whole picture selected.
Step Three: Right click in the selection and choose Set Shape>>Rounded Rectangle.
Step Four: Right click in the selection again and click Crop and you're done!
