Rotating Images

Step One: Start off with just adding a brush from this tutorial. Make sure you follow this tutorial right after clicking Mask on the previos tutorial.
Step Two: In the top menu go to Edit>>Transform>>Free... and a window will pop up.
Step Three: Make sure to have Direct Preview selected and start playing around with the settings until you have the brush angled the way you'd like it.
