Black & White Tutorial

This is probably one of the most simple things to do on Photoshop!
I started out with this picture:

Step 1: Open the image in photoshop.
Step 2: In the top menu, go to Image>>Adjustments>>Desaturate.

Yep, that's it! You've got a black and white image in just two steps! This is what the image looks life after:
